System not working upon arrival. Motor booster had failed. Installed a new one, ac is now running. AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Motor starter is failing, pipe insulation is worn down, airflow is poor from restrictive filter, did install a new one. Unit is cooling at this time. System is 30 years old and replacement is highly recommended.
