AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Air Exchanger cleaning and tune up. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger. Recommended Drain pan treatment to prevent biological growth and help keep the drain line clear, Surge protector to prevent power surge and damage the electrical components and start assist kit to help extend the life of the compressor.
