Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. X 2 Boiler precision tune up; clean and tune up boiler; check/verify water pressure, inspect and clean burners, test ignition components, test/adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check motors and pumps, checked all electrical components, checked heating temperatures, test combustion, and tested overall boiler operation. On the garage furnace I found that the blower motor was full of dust and the motor itself has been leaking oil. This means that the motor is overheating and will fail completely sooner than later, I also found that the main flame safety is testing out of manufacture range.
