AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Found the unit did not have locking caps installed, this is a code requirement and should be corrected. Also found he motor booster testing out of range. Once out of range it does not have the full potential to give to both major components inside of the system and is causing the unit to work ten times harder then It should be. All recommendations declined at this time. With age and condition of this system replacement is in the near future.
