AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Replaced the drain pan treatment pad to keep the indoor cooling coil drain pan clean. Also showed homeowner how to replace furnace filter and how often she should replace the pad. All other recommendations declined at this time of maintenance.
