Daniel Larsen was very professional. Besides the furnace tube up, he made sure my co2 detector was current. He also answered a question I had with my ac. As far as price, the furnace tune up was covered under the service plan we purchased from Comfort Matters. As for convenience, Comfort Matters keeps calling the wrong number to notify me when the techs are on the way to my house, so I’m not aware of when they are coming. My husband has call me from work, because they call him instead of me.
