Jeff was courteous and punctual. He identified the problem with my humidifier, and checked the furnace to make sure it was working properly. It was painless, and a very reasonably priced service.

Great service. Wes did his job Tuning and cleaning very professionally.

The only issue had to do with an add on feature namely the surge supressor. I had $75 dollars worth of coupons but my neighbor had no coupons. I asked for a 2 for deal as he was here cleaning both of our equipement. I was told by him that he could not do that. I guess I expected at least a phone call to see what could have been done. Bottom line was we ether both did it or neither of us did it. I think maybe CM lost a little money at my house today. It was very nice that I received a phone call that they were going to arrive outside the window.

Customer informed me there was an error code on thermostat reading ERROR 53. Error code 53 is displayed when the thermostat detects an issue with the outdoor temperature sensor. Outdoor temperature sensor was fine and was not an issue. Attempted to reset thermostat to get rid of code. Thermostat continued to display error code.Informed customer that thermostat will need to be replaced under warranty. Returned later in the afternoon to install new upgraded thermostat. After installing new thermostat, tested operation of features and heat mode. Will have to return for AC tune up another day. Was unable to attach hose to the spigot near AC unit. AC unit was making loud rattling noise. I added a screw on access panel and tightened. AC unit sounds much better.

System not working correctly upon arrival. System leaking water everywhere. Evaporator coil partially frozen. System is low on refrigerant and has a leak in the system. Due to age and condition and cost of repair, replacement is the best option. Collected $5815 as half down for new system. Install scheduled for Friday, arrival time 9:30-10am.
