AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Recommended a blower wheel cleaning, start assist kit, locking caps, rodent screen and line insulation. Blower wheel in furnace is dirty reducing air flow/efficiency, pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Reassemble and tested operation. Other recommendations were declined at this time. Air flow is still not where it should be. Possibly low on refrigerant. Home advisor visit scheduled.
