Found voltage going into one water heater but failed to enter the second water heater. Found the water heaters were not connected properly, and told homeowner that the install company should correct the issue. Also found one heating element is not connected and should be connected to have proper efficiency out of the hot water heater. Lastly told them they should have an electrician out to properly wire the two tanks so there is not complications with over amping or undersized breakers.
