AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Would recommend new motor booster, start assist and locking caps. Unit did not want to run when it was 50F today. Used my tent over it to simulate a warm day. The unit then did work. Would recommend only running unit when it is at least 70F out or warmer. Two Air Exchanger cleaning and tune up. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger.
