Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Pulled water heater protection rod to determine the life span of the water heater. Would say rod has been 50 percent compromised and should be replaced. Also showed home On vent motor and how internally it’s failing. All recommendations declined at this time.
