Customer explained how they had no heat. Found thermostat blank upon arrival. Power to thermostat. Thermostat is failed. Bypassed thermostat to check operation, never was able to get power to inducer motor. Control board is failed. Lastly did a safety inspection to diagnose a failed heat exchanger. System is not safe to run. Due to having multiple parts on equipment failed and also considering furnace being 24 years old, replacement is a better option. Spoke with Alyssa at WHE, she did say there would be a rebate if replacement was done. You would have to just send in proof of install/Receipt. Gave homeowner replacement quote.
