Customer explained a E4 code from ductless unit. Unit worked just fine as far as the heating operation goes. The manufacture had been check a few things in relation to the E4 code. The voltage was correct to solenoid valve. But the resistance for the solenoid valve was not correct. Will need to replace solenoid for reversing valve. Control board thermistor does work correctly. Will follow up tomorrow with options for repair.
