AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Humidifier precision tune up and cleaning. Remove current water pad, clean off pad housing and water distributor. Clean out humidifier box. Clear out drain line. Replace with new water pad. Test operation. Recommend a blower wheel cleaning, drain pan treatment, and a surge protector.
