Performed whole home plumbing inspection. Home has 8 bathrooms. All 8 toilets did not leak from the tank to the bowl. Basement Delta widespread lav faucet by steam shower leaks. Rebuilt this faucet to stop leaking. Two separate faucets had no cold water due to the shut offs being off. This style of shut off will do that as they age. Recommend replacing shut offs which glue on to cpvc. One of the sink drains is slow which I recommended drain enzymes. Water pressure is very high at 100 psi which is more than the maximum allowed per code which is 80 psi. I recommended a pressure reduction valve. She would like to wait until the city finishes upgrades on the utilities in the street. Both disposals were loose which I tightened so they would not fall off. No warranty on tightening existing equipment. One of the toilet tank handles is loose and needs to be replaced. She will purchase another oil rubbed bronze handle from Ferguson.
