Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Upon inspection found rust and corrosion build up on the left side of furnace, this was caused by a drain plug on the side of the vent motor. I pulled and cleaned plug, put thread tape and lubricant around fitting. Installed plugged and sealed with clear silicone to make sure this issue doesn’t happen again. Also found the blower wheel to be dirty this will cause issues with airflow and create extra unwanted stress with the system. All other recommendations declined at this time.
