AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Motor booster was testing out of range; installed upgraded motor booster. Blower wheel fan was dirty; pulled the whole unit out and took apart the fan from the motor, scrubbed and washed the fan fins. Air Exchanger and tune up. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger. Recommended drain pan treatment to help prevent biological growth and to keep the drain line clear. Also an start assist kit to help extend the life of the compressor.
