Homeowner stated the next-door neighbors kid had placed the sump pump drain line inside the furnace exhaust. This caused water to enter into the vent motor and also pressure switch. Found both components completely water logged. Pulled and drained the vent motor and tested operation. The motor was over amping and extremely loud. This was signs of failure. Also the furnace would not operate with the old pressure switch. Replaced both the vent motor and pressure switch so there is no other complications in the future. Also installed vent protection to make sure this issue does not happen again. Lastly performed a Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Found no other issues as of now.
