AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Found the system was not up to state code by not having locking caps on the refrigerant access ports. Addressed this to the homeowner and they wanted to have locking caps installed. Also found the drain pan treatment pad was outdated. These are encouraged replacement annually. Installed drain pan treatment to help keep the drain pan and drain line clean from any build up that may occur. All other recommendations declined at this point.
