AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Motor starter is burnt. Pipe insulation is worn down. Unit is also low on refrigerant. All these issues create higher utility bills and decrease the efficiency. Due to age and condition, replacement of the ac is encouraged. Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Air distribution system is dirty, reducing airflow and efficiency. Blower starter is testing out of range. Furnace replacement may be in near future due to age and condition.
