AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Motor booster was testing out of range for the ac unit; Installed motor booster. Blower motor running hot showing signs of failing. Was not able to get the motor order today. Will be picking up and coming back to install 7/22. Blower wheel cleaning will be done at the same time. Recommended locking cap to meet mn code, prevent theft and leaking refrigerant, surge protector to prevent power surge and damage the electrical components and the motor starter is starting to be pitted.
