AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Installed vent protection on the outside venting to help against any rodents coming into the furnace. Also installed drain pan treatment inside the indoor cooling coil. This will help against any growth that can happen inside the cooling coil and also help against any major build up on the drain pan. Lastly installed a ac surge protector this will help protect major components inside the air conditioner from power outages, brown outs, electrical strikes, ect. No further attention is required at this time.
