Perfomed AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Found ac unit to below on refrigerant charge. Also found TXV bulb in indoor coil un insulated. This means that since installed, ac has not been running as it should. Due to coil not being an easily accessible coil, did not insulate bulb. Even if charged with refrigerant, ac would not operate correctly.
