Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Found blower motor to be leaking oil and recommend replacement. Also recommend a new transformer, surge protector and electronic air cleaner. Installed electronic air cleaner and surge protector. Tested operation. Took vent cap off combustion air. Will follow up with customer regarding home advisor appointment.
