Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Flame saftey was failed at arrival. Replaced and tested new part. Furnace ran normally after that. Found that hot surface ignition was far out of manufacture recommended range. Recommended replacement of part, no repair made at this visit. Blower motor is showing signs of failure. Starter is far out of range and motor shaft clicks. This is a sign of Bering failure and replacement of part would be needed to ensure operation, as well as a blower fan cleaning. Due to the age of the system, and cost of potential repairs, replacement is recommended. Chris will meet at 6:00 pm 12-29-2021 to go over replacement options.
