AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Replaced 1in filter due to previous one being dirty and restrictive. Recommend using cheaper less restrictive filters to help add life to system by providing healthier airflow. Motor booster on ac is testing below manufacture specifications. This can lead to unit failure. Blower fan is getting dirty and may need to be pulled and cleaned. System operating well at this time.
