Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Mike Krohn was our service technician today. Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I was able to stay updated on his ETA via text messaging, which was extremely convenient ! Arrived exactly on time, introduced himself immediately and when the repair was complete he took the time to go into complete detail as to what work was done, explained everything to us, and made sure all of our questions were addressed.
