I like everything about how you go about this. Letting us know ahead of time that he’s coming, telling us a little bit about it him, and then he calls when he is done to report about the results. Very professional. Very happy with your service. Can’t comment on price because I haven’t gotten the bill yet. Hopefully it will be for the $59 inspection fee that I asked for. He quoted me $283 to install a new thermostat but that is way too high.

The tech arrived and said he doesn’t have the tools to cut and fix the flow damper control on the HVAC. Instead he offered to apply tape on the pipe and charged me an hour for 2 minute job.

Today, Larry and Stephan performed a whole home duct cleaning at your residence. They removed all vent covers and used a rotobrush system to pull any stuck on debris away from the walls 9f the ductwork and then vacuumed out all the dust dirt and debris that remained They cleaned off every vent cover and then assembled them back in place on the vents. Today, Larry and Stephan performed a whole house duct cleaning and sanitization. They removed all vent covers to access the ducts and then used the rotobrush to loosen any dust stuck to the vent. They then sucked out all the dust, dirt, and debris. After finishing the cleaning, they then used the sanitization machine to clear the ducts of any odors and growth before replacing the covers and running the unit.
