I had requested preventive maintenance to be done on my A/C. Adam was right on time, very pleasant, and he went right to work. He was happy to explain what he was doing as he went thru the system and why he was doing it. He re-educated me on some do's and don'ts regarding the operation of my system, so that it's always running at it's best.
