We have had Comfort service our boiler/heating system for 14 years. They always call once a year to schedule a cleaning and inspection. When we have had any issues needing service, Adam has been very prompt in taking care of the problem. We recently needed to replace the entire 25 year old boiler system. Comfort did an in home assessment of our needs, provided heaters while the system was being replaced, and installed the entire system with professionalism. I can't say enough about this fine company and recommend them highly.

I have used them since 2007, and would like to rate them as AAA+++. Furthermore, when the heating pipes in my parents' house broke due to power shut-off in the area for half day during a cold winter. The H***o guy came and did nothing, charged me for 2 hours work and left. Then ComfortTech came out and did a great job fixing that. They are not the cheapest that you can find in the area, but they are not as expensive as H***o, very reasonable pricing. Adam (the son) usually comes out to do the work, very experienced; I only met Steve (the dad) a few times but he seems very knowledgeable. They do get quite busy in the winter so you need to call them ahead for regular maintenance, they came reasonably fast in case of emergency. I highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with the work Steve and Adam did fixing my furnace. I submitted a service request online over the weekend when they were closed and I received a call back immediately to set up an appointment. I was very surprised and happy that when they gave me a time frame when they would be at my house they were there and called me to confirm they would be there. Adam was very helpful explaining why my furnace was running the way it was. With the help of Steve, both came up with a solution to correct the issues and completed the job quickly and so far my furnace is running perfect again.
