My Mitsubishi split unit (installed several years ago by another vendor) was not adequately heating my sunroom addition. Mike spotted several issues with the original install and selection of unit. He offered me options for repairs versus replacement. Ultimately I decided to change units. They installed the same day. Even with a below zero wind chill outside I am warm and toasty in the sunroom today.
