He did a great job, giving me alternatives for the repairs and checking to see if all plumbing was working properly when he completed the job. He even managed to drive through the snow, parking a distance away and having to wade through the snow back and forth to get equipment from his truck.

Customer called in because of 18 year old water heater leaking from base. Gave options for replacement, customer decided to move forward with replacement with a 10 year warranty tank. Shut water off to building. Drained system. Drained tank. Shut gas off to tank. Removed existing gas flex, Removed existing thermal expansion tank. Removed existing water heater flex’s. Removed existing removed existing venting. Removed existing earthquake straps. Pulled tank. Installed new earthquake straps. Installed new water heater flex’s. Installed new thermal expansion tank. Installed new gas flex. Reinstalled venting. Note: customer was advised that venting was not supported properly. Returned water to system. Checked for gas leaks. No leaks found. Customer stated water heater was not producing hot water. Water heater is 8 years old. Provided estimate to replace water heater also provided estimate to perform diagnostic on water heater. Customer decided to get water heater replaced. Turned gas and water off to water heater drained out water. Removed old water heater. Installed new 50 gallon propane water heater. Tested water pressure getting 90 psi. Informed customer that the water pressure needs to be below 80 psi. Turned water off to building and installed pressure reducing valve in crawlspace. Set water pressure to 75 psi. Connected water and gas lines to water heater. Filled water heater. Found that propane tank is empty and informed customer. Customer is going to get propane tank filled. Arrived on site per customer request to install a sump pump in their crawlspace. Presented pricing for crawlspace diagnostic which was accepted by customer. Inside the crawlspace, in a small section under the kitchen, was a substantial amount of standing water on top of the vapor barrier. No current sump pump was seen. Outside of the crawlspace under the kitchen, which is located facing the front driveway is a downspout as well as a storm drain in the cement. Presented pricing for installation of sump pump package. Customer stated he would like a plan for the drainage before he committed to getting the package installed. Will need to work up pricing with management and email to customer. During my crawlspace inspection I also noticed 3” PVC piping that was glued to ABS pipe. Presented pricing for replacement of connections with proper materials per current code requirements.

Performed work as proposed. Performed the removal of the existing insta hot and garbage disposal. After the existing garbage disposal and insta hot were removed I performed the installation of the new insta hot and garbage disposal. The new insta hot was installed with a new dispenser. After the new insta hot and garbage disposal were installed I ran large quantities of water down the drain and through the insta hot to test for leaks with the customer. The garbage disposal and insta hot performed as designed and there were no leak when last checked. The customer was happy with the new insta hot and garbage disposal. Arrived onsite to customer having issues with 30 year old furnace, looked at existing venting and found it to be compromised of ABS piping. Manufacturers have never approved this style of piping in this application. Exhaust piping was within twelve inches of exhaust piping and was actually above the exhaust. Gave customer pricing for diagnostic work but did not recommend we go that route and recommended replacement of existing venting system as well as replacement of furnace due to age and condition . Customer signed for two stage upgraded option of furnace with request that work be performed on April 28. Customer had noted while onsite that we had been out and fixed a gas leak “on a piece of tubing that was left hanging” after looking through history and calling previous techs, we came to the conclusion that this was what barren had reported and that they solved the issue. Documented size of furnace and measurements of cabinet, will return at later date to complete work.

Customer had 1 hose bib that was leaking and would not turn on or off. Also hose bib on second floor with vacuum breaker broken. Customer decided to get both hose bibs replaced. Ticket number 22158791 Photographed the utility location markings Laid plastic next to the area we will be digging up Cut the grass into manageable square pieces that we picked up and sat on the plastic to be put back down at the end Used shoves to expose the waste pipe that passed through the foundation We found a clean out that had roots growing into it, the roots spilt the plastic fittings open and fully blocked the drain pipe, the waste water the was escaping into the ground washed the under side out and help create a belly in the waste pipe. We cut out the entire section of sewer pipe the didn’t have grade and or had roots in it. Measured and cut new pieces of pipe and moved the clean out closer to the house and away from the grass. Triple checked for grade and that the system was clear and sealed Preformed a new video inspection through the new clean out to the city. Back filled the ditch and placed the grass back on top of the ditch.

Arrived onsite to customer having issues with furnace. Presented customer pricing for diagnostic on 11 year old York furnace. Informed customer that furnaces generally last between 10-15 years. Customer accepted pricing for diagnostic work and wanted to revisit pricing for new unit at later time. Found inducer motor to be making a large whining sound but was pulling within its allotted amount of amperage. Motor FLA on inducer is 2.3 and motor was pulling 1.7A Blower motor is modulating and was pulling under FLA. FlMe sensor was outputting 30micro amps which is above necessary value indicating it was functioning properly. Checked for both gas and CO leaks and found none to be present. Filter appeared to be in great condition! Filter is 20x25x4 Watched furnace cycle on and off approximately 15 times and saw no signs of issues with furnace other then abnormally loud inducer motor. Customer came down and noted she had never heard the inducer motor be that loud before. Granted th

Provide and install ground work for a single commercial bath (1 toilet, 1 Utility sink, 1 floor drain), 1 water heater (stub out only), and three floor drains in storage area. At this time only exterior walls are partially finished as this is a pole building. We will stub in a new building drain too within two feet of the existing sewer and make a connection with a cleanout outside the building. We will transition the poly water line in the nearest partition or exterior will with a new shut off valve only. We will install the 3 area drains as a combination waste and vent. We will provide a trap primer for all floor drains with underground trap primer lines. Interior waste pipe trenching is included with back fill and compaction. Note: This is for ground work only. All water piping not listed shall be by owner. Inspections and permitting by others. Note: Customer has stubbed in the building with SDR pipe and Poly water line. We pulled the same toilet that was previously pulled back in January and ran the camera down the drain line around 10 feet and we noticed standing water in the bottom pipe and kept going in until we hit the soft plug it was at the transition on the outside of the house which is on the west side of the home. At the transitional pipe section it separated and created a belly due to the washout of water into the ground there is also some vegetation located very close to that area and is having its roots grow in and block the drain pipe. Did a full locate and mapping their sewer system all the way to the road both indoor plumbing and outdoor plumbing is plastic it is just at the separation that is a problem we will need to hand excavate the belly and regrade and that section of pipe.

Arrived onsite customer has multiple leaks on her system, some of the leaks are not currently present, however they were pretty serious leaks at one time, based on damage to the flooring and walls. Provided pricing to repair these leaks. One of the actuators has water dripping on it when a leak was present causing damage to the actuator head. This repair is included in pricing. Completed repairs on leaks in the boiler room. Will schedule additional visit with customer once manifolds arrive. Arrived onsite to replace the old manifold and a actuator for the hydronic heating system. Performed work, bled all air from system. Confirmed operation of each zone, confirmed that zone valves opened and closed. Confirmed that supply and return piping were hot. No leaks are currently present on system. Checked customer complaint about a leak in the ceiling. The customer had a leak in his ceiling under a bathtub and needed it repaired. Presented customer pricing to perform a diagnostic. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. I cut into the ceiling and discovered a leak at a tee. Presented customer pricing to repair the leak. After pricing was approved I cut out the damaged section of pipe. Performed installation of the new section of pipe. After the new section of pipe was installed I performed a leak test with the customer. I turned on he water to the home and ran the shower to test for leaks. The new section of pipe performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customer did not discover any further leaks when he last checked. Checked customer request for a rough in estimate. The customer is building a new building and wanted to have the toilet and other drains for a sink and floor drains roughed in. The customer also wanted stub outs and shut off valves for a water heater and the main water shut off valve. I took the measurements and took note of what the customer wanted. Tested water getting 5 grains of hardness, 0 iron and ph value of 7. Customer stated kitchen faucet had low water pressure but all other fixtures in the house have good pressure. Performed diagnostic on water pressure. Customer had multi turn shutoff valves under kitchen sink. Removed supply line from faucet and tested water pressure getting good pressure through shutoff valve. Removed spray head on faucet and tested hose getting good pressure. Cleaned aerator on faucet head and re installed still not getting good pressure. Spray head has debri inside causing low water pressure. Customer decided to get faucet replaced. Turned water off to building and replaced hot and cold shutoff valves under kitchen sink. Removed old faucet and installed new kohler forte faucet. Customer is on a well and has no filter. Provided estimate to install filter to prevent debri from damaging fixtures and customer agreed to work. Installed new whole house filter in basement. Turned water back on to building
