Cut out all of the pipes connecting to the pump and to the bottom of the pressure tank Removed burnt out pump and popped expansion tank Made new connection to the poly suction line and the drive line pipe that goes back into the well Piped in a new jet well pump and 65 gallon expansion tank Pressure switch on pump is set at 30psi to turn on and 50 psi to turn off Under rear cover of pump flipped the switch on the pump from 230volts to 115volts because the power supply for the pump is only 120VOLT domestic plug Recommend having an Electrician come in and run 230 V wire to the pump this will allow the pump to work twice as hard but it’ll be more efficient because it wont have as long of run times when it’s building pressure back up to 50psi Ran through several cycles before closing up

Checked customer complaint about a leaking water heater. The customer had a 20 year old 40 gallon water heater that was leaking from the bottom. Presented customer pricing to replace the existing water heater and stand with a new one. After pricing was approved I drained the existing water heater. Performed the removal of the existing water heater and stand. After the existing water heater was removed I performed the installation of the new water heater. The new water heater was installed with new earthquake straps, water supplies and a new gas flex. After the water heater was installed I turned on the water and bled the air from the tank. After the water heater was full I turned on the gas and tested for leaks with the customer. There were no water or gas leaks when last checked. I set the water heater temperature to 120 degrees as per customer’s request. The customer was happy with their new water heater. Manufacturer recommends not setting water heater temperature beyond 120 degr

Arrvied onsite per customers complaint of plumbing under the sink to be leaking. Upon arrival Sunnie, informed me that drain doctor had previously been out there for the issue involving the drain backing up. Began by providing the customer pricing to do a drain diagnostic. Customer accepted pricing, began by finding a crawlspace access. After going through the crawlspace I found the drain lines to be old galvanized. Water piping was galvanized and located right on top of main sewer line. After discussing what I had found with sunnie I provided and price to replace both the water and waste piping in the crawlspace. Due to limited access in the crawlspace CPI would need perform the water and waste repipe at the same time. Access is not available to just perform one or the other. Sunnie accepted pricing to repipe the lavatory drain for the guest bathroom. Began by shutting off the well system located in the pump house. Removed both hot and cold angle stops and installed new 1/4” turn st
