We could not be happier with the service we received. It was a stressful time, but everyone involved in the from the first phone call to the day of the job was patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Angel and several other guys showed up and worked hard getting our project complete. Angel was so patient in answering our questions and letting us know what to expect. We had no problem leaving our home for the night so they could work uninterrupted, and we knew we would not have to worry about anything. If you are looking for your typical HVAC company, then Crossway isn’t it. If you are looking for people who really know what they are doing and do it well, plus have the knowledge about how to protect your home from mold and the destruction it can cause, then this is the company you want.

Axil did a great job. On time, responsive, kind, creative. Took time to explain issues. Was willing to go above and beyond. Fantastic. I don’t know if he’s a business development guy for you, but he did that work while he was here. Only issue is that I know believe the last guy who came in Oct and replaced a capacitor may have fixed a problem that wasn’t there. The same exact symptoms and sounds as last time (6months ago, at the end of AC season), but it had nothing to do with the capacitor. It was just loose panels on the outdoor unit. Extra tension applied and screws tightened was all it took. If that’s right, then I overpaid last time and endured an unnecessary repair. Can’t be sure, but seems very possible.

Crossway Mechanical just completed a large three-day job installing a new AC system, reconfiguring ductwork and adding an integrated dehumidifier. Brian and his team are very different from every other AC company we have used over the past 30 years. He and his team solved our humidity and colling problem by taking system measurements, evaluating our whole home needs and designing a properly configured system. Brian invests in his staff and their equipment. The installation crew takes great pride in their work and takes the extra time to do the install the best way possible without cutting corners. After the equipment was installed, they took many air flow measurements to make sure the system was working within design parameters. This is the company to hire to fix the problems the others have created and get your house air quality to the level it should be. Our home's air quality has been improved greatly.
