There is currently a leak underground in the main water supply that has been temporarily rerouted above ground using a hose, the PVC pipe looks to be going directly under a palm tree , I cannot tell where the line is broken unless we do a leak detection. this is special equipment used to locate leaks below surface. the leak could be under the palm tree and the only way to repair that leak is remove the palm tree or reroute the line. Homeowner is currently in talks with the original companies that had dug in the area and has also had estimates from other plumbing companies. Unfortunately without doing the leak detection I cannot tell wear the pipe is broken.
