Performed annual heating maintenance, 12 yr split upflow system garage. Tested system, working well at this time. Cleaned out blower compartment. Checked blower capacitor, 10@10 ok. Checked electrical connections all electrical wiring tight and ok at this time. Hot surface ignitor ok. Cleaned flame sensor and burners. Put everything back together tested system safety features. All working at this time. Resigning for another year
