Technician arrived on site to investigate reports of washing machine hose bibs leaking. Technician met with client and inspected problem. Technician found sheetrock to be opened up to expose entire washing machine box including hot and cold supply lines and 2 in ABS drain line. Technician supplied options for doing as little as just replacing a single hose bib up to replacing the entire washing machine box. Client's husband is currently at work. Technician will wait for response before moving forward. Tech will rebuild laundry box including 2 1/4 turn angle stop and drain adjustment Technician Taylor performed install per proposal and installed new washer box. technician cleaned work area of all trash and debris and tested to ensure no leaking.
