Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of problems with water heater. Technician discovered water heater to be 40 gallon natural gas Kenmore water heater from 2004. Technician found the water heater to be leaking from the top and recommends immediate replacement. Technician will supply proposals. Technician presented both proposals for client where she inquired about financing. Technician inform them of the financing a process and approval and they wanted to move forward. Technician attempted to apply for financing. Service Finance rejected application. Client stated they wanted to wait and look at other options because they could not afford it.
