Performed A.C maintenance in Antelope. Unit is a Payne outdoor condenser on backside of house. Condensing coils are clean and free of debris. Checked all electrical connections and are okay no damaged or burnt wires. Checked refrigerant levels and are showing 118psi LowSide and 335psi Highside (Ambient outdoor temp 86*). Refrigerant levels are okay. Checked contactor and is in working order with no issues. Checked capacitor and is in range on compressor side showing 44.38uf which is okay. Fan side of capacitor should be 5uf +-6% and is showing 3.1 which is over the 15% mark and should be replaced. I recommend doing this repair to lengthen the lifespan of your unit. The capacitor is what delivers correct power and amperage to motors and compressor. If it fails there is a potential to damage more equipment than the capacitor. Repair Notes: Replace out of range capacitor with a new one of same style fit for the unit. The fan side of the capacitor is out of range by over 15%. This cou
