Performed annual heating maintenance in Lake Of The Pines. Unit is clean on the outside and inside. Checked electrical connections and all are okay and not damaged or loose. Checked igniter and is okay and in range. Checked flame sensor and was clean. Checked burner compartment for any debris and cleaned it out. Gas line has proper drip leg and is connected properly. Checked drain line for debris and is clean. Checked blower motor and fan for any dirt buildup and is clean. Checked air filters. Tested the system for normal operation after maintenance to ensure unit is working properly. Inducer motor has some debris inside, light noises coming from it. Home owner stated that Back laundry room gets hotter than rest of house. Kitchen vent gets a lot more airflow then rest of ducts. Checked ductwork and looks okay and sealed. One duct run has a sag in the middle that could be strapped up so it doesn’t tear. The reason it’s sagging is that they didn’t cut the duct to size and left exc
