New condensation line installed. Insulation will cover line set and all new electrical disconnect to outdoor unit. Condenser pad included. Nitrogen purge to clear all residue from the old R-22 Refrigerant. Then will charge with all new R410a Refrigerant to manufacture requirements. Nest thermostat included. Due to old ductwork being torn and ripped apart from the vapor barrier we will remove all ductwork and install all new R-8 ductwork that will be sized to each individual room by CFM determined by room sizes and will include the Return duct. All materials have been included in the pricing of the ductwork pricing in the estimate. Also included is the permit
