Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of toilet not flushing properly. Technician discovered The rubber hose running to the fill valve was too long and had fallen off. Additionally the chain for the flush valve was the wrong length. Technician replaced fill valve hose with the appropriate length part. Technician also adjusted chain to aid with flush. Technician inspected clients insta hot heater underneath bathroom sink per client request. Technician diagnosed and believes the unit to be burnt out. Technician quoted client $690 for replacement. Client did not want to perform work today.
