Outside condenser unit dual capacitor 45-5@20.2-4.7 out of manufactures recommended range. Recommend replacement of part. Contactor ok. Electrical ok no burnt or loose wire connections. Gave unit a water bath. Refrigerant pressures . Washed filters. If airflow is noticeably different in a room due to shape of ducts might mean duct failure. Keep an eye on it. House cooled down 4 degrees while testing today. Replacement of dual capacitor and tested system.
