Performed ac diagnostic. Package unit roof, leaking water thru plenum into store. Ceiling tile has collapsed. Went on roof and found drain pan full of water, clogged drain. Cleared line to stop leaking and keep system working, pulled filters temporary because they are so dirty restricting air flow. Need to schedule a come back visit to perform filter service, And recommended repairs. recommend coil clean, and redoing the drain lines. With what ever option they decide. Pvc or copper. Got signatures for diagnostic. They just need to approve which ever drain line they would like to go with.
