Performed ac diagnostic, Unit has refrigerant not low at this time, and power both low volts and high volts. Compressor won’t kick on. When compressor try’s to kick on pulling amps not pumping refrigerant correctly. Megohmed compressor winding read bad. Need to replace outside unit or compressor, my recommendation would be to replace the unit. Due to age and cost of repairs. Po 50-307
