Homeowner noticing a sewer smell underneath the hall bathroom lavatory sink, when I open the cabinet I did notice a very small smell for just a second but the homeowner mentioned he had just clean out the cabinet and accidentally aired it out. I cannot visually see any problems, we will need to return with a sewer camera that has the small head attachment disconnect the 1 1/2 p-trap and run the camera down to see is the line stack is broken. Also may have to go on the roof and run the camera down the vet. The homeowners are currently on hold for completing the floor. They would like somebody out here as soon as possible. No charge warranty
