Downstairs furnace tested unit, unit cycled on, ran system tested system safety features. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Tested blower capacitor 5@4.9 unit has had a control board replaced. Hot surface ignitor has been replaced. Upstairs furnace tested unit, unit cycled on. Found burner compartment door not attached. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Tested blower capacitor 5@4.6. Drain pan has rust in. Furnace drain lines ok keep eye on slope. Resigning up for the same plan they had before.
