Performed annual a.c maintenance in Elk Grove. Unit is about 9 years old. House had fire about 9 years ago and was rebuilt. Service disconnect is in a easily accessible location to side of unit. Units condensing coils are clean and free of any dirt buildup. Amperage draw of compressor is 4.02A, Amperage draw of condensing fan motor is 0.52A. Checked condition of contactor and is working properly no issues there. Checked capacitor which is rated for 45/5+-5% and I’m showing 48.4/4.9 and is in range and working properly. Primary drain is clean and draining. Secondary is dry and not dripping from window. Lastly checked refrigerant pressures for R410A system and I’m showing 128psi Lowside and 242 psi Highside. System is cooling well and efficiently. Duct work is all in good condition and no damage to any runs. New Goodman furnace in attic. *need to pickup hard start kit* will pickup today and call customer to schedule coming back out for install of hard start kit.
