In this estimate we will be shutting off the water supply to the old toilet and removing the old toilet. We will also dispose of the old toilet for the customer. Once that is done we are going to remove the old wax ring from the old toilet completely clean the toilet flange free of any of the old wax, then we will install our new wax ring with a new bolts. Then we can put together the new toilet and install it onto the wax ring flange and bolts. Then we will tighten down and secure the toilet test toilet for any leaks. Once we are sure the toilet is not leaking then I can silicone the toilet to prevent sewer gases from entering the home.
