Hard working, excellent people skills, quality job!

What a great job! Tom and his crew were very pleasant to work with and took the time to fully understand the problem we had with an outdoor drain. They were thorough and cleaned up after solving the problem. I'd recommend Crystal blue Plumbing any time.

We will remove both systems per EPA regulations and two 5 Ton gas/electric package units with fresh air economizers per commercial code are required to have these fresh air economizers to be able to pull in fresh air into dwelling on demand. Both units will be the brand of Day and Night units. This brand of equipment will allow direct connection to original roof curb due the dimensions being the same as old units. We then will connect and seal unit to original curb and weather seal around perimeter. Install economizers to both units as these are separate pieces of equipment that need to be installed to meet commercial code. We will then install all new electrical 3 Phase disconnect and all new gas connectors such as gas flex sediment trap. A crane will be needed to remove old equipment safely and hoist new equipment into place. All proper permits and testing will be pulled and performed.

This is for 4 package units on the roof and a quarterly service plan. 2 newer package units and 2 older ones. Will be giving estimate for replacement of 1 and 2 rooftop package units. These units take Filters 16-25-2 x2 for each system so when servicing need 8 filters.

Performed a whole home plumbing inspection, found both lavatory faucets had not hot water pressure. The expansion tank assembly was built in galvanized piping, hall bathroom angle-stops did not work. Hose bibb in the front yard was not working, discussed said issues with the customer. Master bathroom I installed a new cartridge, hall bathroom could not find the cartridges so I installed a new Price Pfister widespread faucet. Installed a new hose bibb in the front yard, and replaced both angle-stops in the hall bathroom with quarter turn ones. Turned the water on and tested everything with no leaks and full pressure at all the fixtures.

Performed annual heating maintenance fair oaks. 12 yr old York split upflow closet. Tested system, system operational. Went thru system safety features. Ok at this time. Checked blower and motor, dirty. Cleaned motor fins. Blower capacitor 10@9.9 ok. Hot surface ignitor @70ohms. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Took Video to show how ignitor works. Noticed the plenum of the unit is not fully sealed, see pictures. Recommend sealing the plenum. And thinking about adding a dedicated surge protector to your equipment.

We were out a few months back to clear the line. Line appears to be stopping up again. Various options for clearing line...recommend more thorough services like Jetter service

Hall bathroom toilet leaking from base. Will pull toilet and remove old faulty wax ring and install new wax ring seal and re-seat toilet. Once toilet is set, will reconnect water supply line and test for leaks. Returned on Monday October 14 to remove and reset toilet per estimate. Found bad wax ring and tile floor to be uneven. Toilet did not have shims to accommodate for uneven floor. As a result toilet flange is not even to finished floor. Installed flanged wax ring and wax ring extender to accommodate toilet flange. Once toilet was set installed three shims at biggest gaps from floor to toilet to accommodate uneven floor. Tested toilet multiple times for leaks, no leaks, and put silicone around base of toilet per code.
