Excellent water heater; respectful employee

Grayson did an excellent job describing water heater options. There was a measurement problem, but Grayson took full responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right. I also appreciated having a polite, professional in my home. The final install looks outstanding and the water is so hot, I had to turn the temperature down. Excellent company that stands behind their employees.

In this estimate we will need to chip away at some of the stucco on the exterior side of the home customer is fully aware that we were chip minimal just enough to give us enough room to slide a three-quarter inch PVC coupling on then we can add a small piece of pipe with a three-quarter inch PVC 90 pointed downward to the ground. After performing the plumbing inspection I did inform the customer on things that I saw and I did also inform the customer about the angle stops with hard line supply lines the dangers and risks Of them. It’s highly recommended to change them out with quarter turn compression angle stops with three eights by half inch supply lines. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed we look forward to servicing them in the future.

In this summery we will be replacing the old waist king garbage disposal with a new insinkerator. Also will need too replace basket strainer. When doing the strainer we will be disconnecting the waist line and unthreading the basket strainer. Will need to put plumbers putty down when installing new strainer. After that we will put together new disposal and check that the system works properly and that there are no leaks. There is a three month warranty on parts and labor. Plus factory warranty on unit. After doing the install I did a full system test to ensure that everything is working properly and that there are no leaks. Customer seem to be very happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Client stated unit was not cooling. Verified customer concerns. Turned system on from thermostat, indoor unit kicked right on. Went out side to the condenser and it was not turning on. Found there was no power going to the service disconnect. Went to home panel and found breaker tripped. Reset breaker and system did not come on. Found the capacitor top mushroomed. Capacitor heavily burnt. Disconnected power from the unit. Tested capacitor, it is rated at 45/5 I did not get any reading out of the capacitor. Received permission from owner to go forth with repairs. Replaced capacitor and contactor. System turned right on and have a 18 degree temperature split. Also signed them up on a 2 system club membership to keep units running. Units are 2 American standards that are 15 years old. System is operating at this time.

Estimate to install ductless mini split system. 1 outdoor unit and 1 indoor unit, on detached garage side room, approximately 230sq.ft. Recommend 3/4 Ton, 9,000 BTU unit. (Can handle up to 400sq.ft. room). Scope of work: Run required electrical wiring from outdoor unit to sub-breaker panel in garage. Install disconnect and whip within 6ft of outdoor unit. Set condenser pad in best location per technician’s suggestion. Fasten condenser (outdoor unit) to pad. Mount indoor unit in desired location inside. Run required electrical to each unit. Run and connect coil to each unit. Test. Will tarp and cover floors, clothing, anything of customers necessary to protect from dust / damages. Best brands we recommend: Fujitsu or Daikin. Visit ConsumerReports to see reviews, Fujitsu has outstanding reviews. Work will take about 1/2 - 1 day to compete. And, as of now, we have availability as soon as Monday or Tuesday of next week. (Pending equipment is available from supplier). Thank you! Plea

In this estimate we would be Hydro jetting all the visible drains in the backyard sending the Hydro Jetter down in finding its final exit point. We will then run a hose to make sure that the line is cleared. After Hydro jetting the lines we came to the conclusion that somebody abandoned the storm drain line when making new concrete driveway on the side of the home. We will be sending the customer an estimate to add a drain there reattached to the existing storm system as well as running the storm system through the front of the house to the street in the front. Customer seems to be happy and satisfied with the job we performed.

Customer wanted signal head mini split service. Told client the most cost effective was would be to go with our early membership that includes cooling and heating and plumbing. House is only 2 years old and he said that the plumbing is not necessary. But is ok with the membership just for the mini split. Will schedule another visit before winter comes to check the heating side of things. Cleaned indoor unit out. Cleaned filters, Cleaned out door coil and fan. Checked total amp draw 5.8 within spec, System is cooling as it should.

technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of water heater shutting down sporadically. technician found water heater to be a ream 50 gallon natural gas power vent manufactured in 2016. client encountered this problem approximately a year ago the gas control valve would flash seven times signaling a problem with the flammable vapor sensor. client had plumber back out then who showed them how to reset the sensor alarm. once reset the water heater would run fine for a while before triggering again. over the last few months it has happened more and more frequently and now it's a daily occurrence. technician inspected and believes problem to be the sensor itself has failed. a second possibility is that the gas control valve has failed. technician will supply proposals for repair or replacement. after speaking with client he agreed to go the route of attempting to replace the vapor sensor first. technician will reach out to parts house to get one ordered. Office will be in tou
