Install 3 head mini Split. (2) 9k air handlers Ceiling cassettes with (1) 12k Ceiling cassette. (1) condenser outside. All Refrigerant lines and electrical runs are included in this proposal. Each room will have individual control (true zoning) all work will be done to manufacture specifications and run tested on each mode. Permits and Title 24 will be homeowner responsibility per her request.
